  This has been the most unprofessional place I’ve been too! Not only was I burnt by Gladys I Told her the wax was to hot she continued to still wax me! When I explained to her how I felt about it she totally ignored me with a attitude! And said I would be okay! Just rude and unprofessional I will go back to the north haven location! Her attitude sucks!
